READ CAREFULLY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>By accepting this license, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. DEFINITIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital Media Files refer to textures, 3D models, images, animations, movie clips, videos, programs, scripts, audio files, or other audio\/visual digital representations in any format purchased from Siger Studio or obtained directly or indirectly from Siger Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. GRANT OF LICENSE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With the proper purchase and use of the Digital Media Files, the buyer obtains a non-exclusive license to use and modify the Digital Media Files according to the conditions outlined in this agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. LICENSE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Digital Media Files can be used license-free (without additional fees) in various media and projects, including animations, illustrations, film\/video, TV, multimedia, commercials, live performances, internet, presentations, product or print jobs (DVD, computer games, training videos, music videos, etc.). The following limitations apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No Digital Media Files may be separately published, marketed, distributed, transferred, sold, or sub-licensed in full or in part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Digital Media Files may be used in products from which the original file or a similar version can be exported, extracted, or decompiled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Digital Media Files may be distributed as &#8220;clip art&#8221; or similar, where the primary value is the accessibility of the files as individual elements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. SINGLE USER LICENSE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Digital Media Files may only be used or modified on one computer at a time. They cannot be rented, leased, lent, sold, or sub-licensed to another person, company, or entity. All work using the Digital Media Files must be for the user&#8217;s own use or for an employer, client, or customer who must be the end-user of the work. For multi-user licenses, please contact Siger Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. SPECIAL LIMITATIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital Media Files must not be used in conjunction with pornographic, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, libelous, infringing, immoral, or illegal material. Users are fully responsible for any legal consequences of such use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. COPYRIGHT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All Digital Media Files are copyrighted by Siger Studio or its licensors and protected by German and international copyright laws. No title or intellectual property rights are transferred to the buyer. Siger Studio retains all rights not expressly granted by this license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. LIABILITY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Siger Studio is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages resulting from the use or failure to use the Digital Media Files. The licensor\u2019s liability and the buyer\u2019s exclusive remedy are limited to the amount paid for the Digital Media Files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. BREACH OF CONTRACT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The buyer\/user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Siger Studio and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The use of the Digital Media Files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any breach of this agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any negligent act, omission, or willful misconduct by the buyer\/user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All license rights terminate upon a breach of this agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. WARRANTY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Siger Studio warrants the Digital Media Files to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. The exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the replacement of the Digital Media Files. Refunds are at the discretion of Siger Studio. No other warranties are provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. AMENDMENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Siger Studio reserves the right to amend or change this agreement at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. ENFORCEABILITY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains valid and enforceable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For any products resold by SIGER STUDIO on behalf of a third-party copyright holder, additional Terms and Conditions may apply, indicated on the product\u2019s detail page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steinmauern, Germany<\/strong><br><strong>SIGER STUDIO<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By accepting this license, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. 1.
